Privacy
The short version: analytics cookies are set only if you accept them, and declining costs you nothing.
What this site collects
We use Google Analytics to see which pages get read. Google Analytics does not measure anything until you accept in the cookie banner: until then Google Consent Mode is set to deny analytics storage, so no analytics cookie is placed. Your choice is stored in a first-party cookie for 180 days; clear your cookies and the banner returns. Standard server logs (IP address, time, requested page) are kept by the hosting provider for security and operations.
Analytics and cookies
Google Analytics is provided by Google and configured so that nothing is measured before consent. We do not use advertising features, and we do not sell or share personal data. If you decline, the site works exactly the same.
The Reddit feed
The community feed on the homepage and on Community is a snapshot of public posts from r/aitoolcompare, fetched when the site is built, so your browser makes no request to reddit.com to show it. Following a link to a thread takes you to reddit.com, which is subject to Reddit's privacy policy.
Contact form and email
The contact form is processed by Netlify Forms and forwarded to hello@aitoolcompare.ai. Name, email address and message are used to reply and are not shared. Email sent to hello@aitoolcompare.ai is handled the same way.
Controller and rights
The controller is G-Cas B.V., Fladderiepvliet 3, 3545 AJ Utrecht, Netherlands, KvK 42008661. You can ask for access to or deletion of anything held about you by emailing hello@aitoolcompare.ai.
Hosting is by Netlify, which also processes contact form submissions. You can also complain to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
